How to Book

Booking your Pure Discoveries® tour takes a few minutes online. Here is how it works, from choosing your dates to the day you travel.

Booking in Four Steps

What happens from the moment you choose a tour.

Step 1

Choose your tour

Browse our tours, pick the departure that suits you, and press Book Now on the tour page.

Step 2

Pay your deposit

Enter the lead traveller's details and pay a deposit of NZ$500 per person securely online, by card or by online international bank transfer. Your seats are held while you pay.

Step 3

Add your details

We email you a link to add your fellow travellers, room preferences, additional arrangements and anything else we should know, so we can tailor your trip to you.

Step 4

Pay your balance

Your balance is due no later than 60 days before your tour starts. We send your invoice closer to departure, then your final personalised itinerary.

Tour prices and deposit

Prices are shown per person in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). A NZ$500 deposit per person is paid online when you book to secure your place.

Balance 60 days out

Your balance is due no later than 60 days before your tour starts. Your booking confirmation will show your total cost in NZD, along with the balance amount and due date for your second payment.

Paying by card or bank transfer

Payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars. You can pay by card or by online international bank transfer: choose Bank Transfer in the payment window and it gives you the bank details. If paying by credit card, a card fee may apply, and your bank will convert the amount to your local currency.

Holding your booking

Need a little more time?

We can generally hold your Pure Discoveries® booking for up to seven days while you finalise flights and travel arrangements. If availability becomes limited during that period, we may contact you earlier to confirm your booking.
